ODoyle
For their complementary oil change and tire rotation...The tech that was doing the oil change couldn't figure out how to use a 3/4" socket to get the lug nut off to rotate my tires. He had the service adviser come ask me for a wheel lock key.... After I explained to him it takes a 3/4" deep well socket he proceeded to tell me that he cant use a deep well with his impact because it will explode. Mind you they've been rotating my tires for 2 years up until this past saturday. What. The. Fuck.

Hand him a breaker bar and tell him to do it like a man if his impact will explode...
ODoyle
They are 35x12.50x17's. They weigh about 100lbs a piece. The tech couldnt have been more than 115 soaking wet. Something tells me he just didnt want to do the work:asshole: Edited April 11, 2017 by O'Doyle

KentStateTsi
My parents and my brothers family have purchased 8-10 vehicles from them and only my fathers truck goes there for the free service. 1/2 ton 2wd sierra and they tell him the same thing. When they actually do the rotation they don't reset the tpms.
