Mace1647545504 Posted December 27, 2017 Report Share Posted December 27, 2017 The controls on my 98 vette are stuck in the direct blow on you mode. The knob is broken and I have tried to turn it with a pair of pliers but it will not budge. I'm guessing this is cable operated and they are somehow bound up.
