Things I remember. - Guy was a teacher, like carpentry /shop / industrial ed I think - Moved out of state somewhere, but stayed a member. I'm thinking upstate New York? - Built a garage with his father, cut into a hillside. I recall block foundation, extra deep, block stair-stepped up the hillside a couple courses above grade..... I just installed a Chrome extension that's a workaround and it worked great, pictures show up in the thread just like they would have beforehand. Not me, but my dad is planning a garage build for their new house (a badass log home that I'm super jealous of), and he will be forced to build into a grade most likely. This came to mind and I remembered how cool it was with the rear attic entry, etc. It's amazing how perfect a match to their lot this is, actually.
