zeitgeist57
https://www.treadwright.com/ Anyone owned these tires? I wasn't aware of the "remolding" process for commercial/fleet tires...for the price they seem like a great value if they hold up well! It does sway me thinking that these are cheaper yet still made in the USA. Will need snow tires for Cleetus V (245-75-16) next fall......I'm going to stop thinking about that. TurboRust
I'm a firm believer in retreaded tires in the commercial/semi market. That said, I've installed a couple sets of these and they're sketchballz. Very balance heavy, the one fleet I knew used an didn't have much luck. TurboRust
You can buy new in that size for 100 bucks. No sense in going with those
Geeesammy
You can buy new in that size for 100 bucks. No sense in going with those x2 For tractor trailers and even some towing companies it makes sense, especially when it's a reputable brand. I get the meaty look you want, but they are just gonna wear even quicker on the UA roads You can get them for under $100 new on tire rack, obviously shipping cost is a thing too. Cheapest https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Firestone&tireModel=Destination+LE+2&partnum=475SR6DLE2&vehicleSearch=false&fromCompare1=yes Next cheapest, actually a better tire in my experience too https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Sumitomo&tireModel=Encounter+HT&partnum=475TR6EHT&vehicleSearch=false&fromCompare1=yes These are cheaper than fuzion's and 10x the tire IMO. If I don't get brodozer tires on my truck I'm going with the Sumi's I linked. Those tires for the money absolutely cannot be beat in my book. BIGGU
I would only buy those if I had a vehicle that was off-road only and all it did was wheeling.
