TTQ B4U
So the UPS Guy who visits my home nearly every day thanks to Amazon decided to take me up on my suggestion to get his daily done. Needless to say I didn't realize until he brought it by how bad of a daily it was. 2007 with over 245k miles on it. He does Uber with it and wanted the outside cleaned up but not perfected. Option 2 got rid of 100% of the swirls but the Random Imperfections, Defects & Scratches aka RIDS remain. Honestly it's not worth paying to remove them given the cars overall condition as a daily that's 11 years old. He needs to save that money and upgrade/replace the mis-matched and nearly bald tires ASAP. In the end he just picked it up and was very very pleased. Before the windows were so chalky that the wipers seemed to just smear the water not wipe it. The paint was oxidized and spotted to no end. Now it's a shiny black Uber Ride that will no offend anyone if they are picked up. Vehicle was sealed up with a basic 12 month Ceramic Coating to aid in it's self cleaning properties given he never washes it but will now take it through touchless washes primarily. The interior is next but that's in a couple weeks when I have an opening to get it done. Thankfully it's just dingy and not down right pigged out. Here are a couple Before Shots: http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167595547/original.jpg Paint shown here on the hood was spotted and nasty. http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167595549/original.jpg Dec klid and nearly every panel was just loaded with scratches. http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167595551/original.jpg She cleaned up nicely though http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167595552/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167595553/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167595556/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167595554/original.jpg Reflection of my garage door and wall in the roof towards the rear window http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167595559/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167595557/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167595558/original.jpg

TTQ B4U
I don't know what to say anymore about Tim's pics. http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/167600861/original.jpg Thanks! Cars like this are actually fun as the owner doesn't expect perfection but the turn around is dramatic. I can only imagine what the interior looks like...... It's actually very clean. Just dingy. By that I mean instead of Tan it's Tan with what looks like 11 years of dust/dirt on it. Should clean up really nice without too much effort. Steam and extraction go together well. Key is to start from the headliner down as dirt will roll south :lolguy: Edited June 6, 2018 by TTQ B4U

Rustlestiltskin
How much do you charge for a job like this? Possibly interested in getting the wife's Touareg done.
