supldys Posted March 22, 2019 Report Share Posted March 22, 2019 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=1034&pictureid=9265 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=1034&pictureid=9266 Here was the winter project list: Fuel tank drain and clean New intank strainer Replaced rubber fuel lines Fuel filter Fuel pump Fuel pump relay starter relay uninstalled terrible viper alarm repaired instrument cluster wiring and connections Various fuses Converted to electric fan spark plugs ignition rotor distributor pickup wire (surprisngly expensive for a dang wire) timing belt rebuilt timing belt tensioner and replaced pulleys water pump All front camshaft seals Removed air pump Steering rack boots air filter drain and filled diff new battery coolant flush and fill oil change rear hatch struts probably forgetting something currently waiting for a couple new front tires to come in as the old ones were TRASH and some new copper washers to fix a power steering leak on the pressure line Ive only taken it easy so far, but this car is going to be fun...definitely needs some boost! Yup, I'm in less than $4k so far, it's a steal for these things. Interior is the next job to tackle but I've got a move to Texas coming up soon.
