Diamonds
Is sandblasting the answer to reducing imperfections on this restoration?
zeitgeist57
I'm not sure what the amalgam is for that club head, but there are a few deeper nicks that won't come out very easily without being very careful around the lettering. Are you going for a polished look? I'm wondering if a skilled powdercoater can get a level finish across that head, in the finish you desire. gillbot
Maybe a buffing wheel and polishing compound?

Gergwheel1647545492
I would try 1500/2000 sand paper before I tried sand blasting it.
Skinner
May want to look at this as a option as well. https://www.primegolflab.com/products/putter-refurbishing

craig71188
Sandblasting or beadblasting won't get you where you want. Sanding with 400-600 initially and then polishing compound will be the best route.
