Reynolds, 58, of Richwood, died at the Ohio State Medical Center. Patricia A. Reynolds was being treated there last night.Reynolds was northbound on Rt. 37 when an eastbound car on Boundary Road driven by William R. Bales, 23, of Marion, failed to yield at a stop sign, the State Highway Patrol said. Bales and his brother, Shawn, 19, were treated at Marion General Hospital.
