Well i don't know if i will be seeing my delton kit anytime in the near future so i have decided to sell this MI 2 piece rail. It is still new in the package, the only time it has been removed was when i received it to verify the contents and today when i took this photo. no paypal charges and no shipping charges, just a flat $220 takes it. ^ not my rifle, i was just showing an example of what a rifle length railed hand guard looks like on a 14.5" rifle with a 1.5" flash suppressor. so the overall length would be 16". but to answer your question, i believe it is a privately owned firearm.
