From street bike to race bike in 8 hours

So the bike is finally in race form!

She's not pretty by any means because the fiberglass needs some touch-up and the red wheels on green bike looks like a damn xmas tree, but at least she's ready to ride!

Ya I know! I had a VERY limited budget to work with and only a couple hours of time before Putnam.. I know its over a week away but I am gone from my house 16 hours a day with work and class!

This fall the fiberglass will get touched up and painted mettalic black, with neon kawa green wheels and highlights on the bike..Plus the rest of the race parts i need like suspension!

IMO, green the front wheel and black the back one. Would be perfect with the angle of the fairings. At least that's my first idea just looking at it.

You didn't happen to buy that set of plastics off a black guy with dreads? I remember seeing a guy at putnam on a 10 with plastics just like that.

It has to be the same guy! His name was Paris or something and he was from Indiana! They were crashed on the left when I got em, which is why they were so cheap! There was still an stt "A" sticker on it from May.. lmao

actually there is not that much green, just get the green painted red to match your wheels and call it a day

+1.. ditch the "I'm an attention whore Kawasaki green" and color match the wheels. That would be schweet!

You know what i'm kinda liking the whole red paint scheme with the camo!

just fyi these are not painted. its all a sticker kit that you can buy that it super strong and helps keep rash off the fiberglass... he sent me the extra sticker rolls that he had when i bought em and i fixed up all the rash...

the sticker kits are advertising on the top of the wera board and seem pretty cheap to buy. there cut outs that you have to do yourself..
