So, haven't updated this thread in awhile. Mom's been having chemo treatments, her tumor got a little smaller but is still inoperable due to its location and size.

She is having surgery tomorrow, shes having a full hysterectomy. They want to do this so that her body doesn't produce anymore hormones. Due to the type of cancer she has, cutting off the hormone supply will help hopefully to reduce the size of the tumor.

We'll be heading up tomorrow to be with her and dad. My sister is coming up on Saturday.

Keep her in yer prayers everyone. Thanks.

I just saw this today, how's she doing?

She's been doing okay. Shes been going for chemo, she had some problems with that, she got a bad burn from the chemo they were doing and they had to change her to a different type. This surgery she's having today will helpfully cut off the tumors supply of hormones and help to reduce it in size so eventually they will feel its safe to remove it.
