My roommate works for Radioshack and has talked to the sprint rep about both of these phones. He said they both are supposed to be released within the next couple months. That T-Mobile phone is a Samsung, it's the only other Android device ready for Sprint to pick up. There are also rumors of a 4g android phone that's expected some time in (probably late) 2010, but no previews that I could find. If you have some links throw them up! Five row keyboard, MS mobile and a screen size that makes browsing useful. I know three people who have them and so far they are in love with them.
