Hollywood Casino

If anybody likes to gamble, drink, or just generally have fun...... My wife and I wnt to Hollywood in Lawrenceburg, IN for a couple of nights last week. Buffet was good, played all night the first night and only lost 12 bucks. Went back to the room several times to refill my Sailor Jerry and diet coke. Just toted them over to the casino in a 24 oz bottle, no questions asked. Lost a couple hundred the second day there, but ate for free both days. The room was very nice, had a 42 inch LCD in the wall, and a nice firm king size bed. The casino is 20 times better than Wheeling, and as nice as some of the Vegas casinos I have been in. If you are a player, $10 limit was the lowest I saw and that was through the week.

I have been to the hollywood, Nice place but I don't think I will go back. I would rather go to the grand victoria which is only about 15 minutes farther, Better table limits and not as tight as hollywood. Glad u had fun though CFD.

Oh and not to worry if issue 3 passes Hollywood casino folks are building one in the arena district.

Pretty much only a Vegas thing.
What, no free alcohol like in Vegas? :( Or is that only a Vegas thing?

Awwww, dammnit. I was hoping we'd have a new place to hang out and drink

for free when they built the casino here in Columbus :(

Yeah, I have found out that there is nowhere like Vegas when it comes to drinking. When the machines start bustin your balls, just throw a 20 in a penny machine and it looks like you are playing a ton. Then it is party time.....find a good waitress, and a nice tip and the top shelf opens up!!!

Yeah, the old boat is still sitting there, but the new place is huge! Vegas is dirt cheap right now, even if you have to pay for a room. You can stay in nicer properties for under $59 a night. Really good time to go too, the weather is outstanding in October.

hmm... Im kinda poor. BUT, when I do pay for a flight, im staying somewhere at least a week. Two ladies I work with are begging me to take a 3 or 4 day weekend trip to vegas with them. It would be fun, but I cant justify paying for a flight and staying somewhere only 3 or 4 days. Meh

I drank for free for three days in Black Hawk, Colorado...and I wasn't even gambling! You just walk up to the bars in the casino and they give you the drinks at no charge. Never asked if I was gaming or not.

We stayed in a casino hotel and the wife gambled, but I didn't spend shit on booze the entire time at any of the 10 or 12 casinos we went to.

Wowwowwooweee!! This sounds extremely tempting. Drinking for free? Like anything? So I could drink Patron and Pineapple the whole time I was there.... FOR FREE?

As far as I know - I had import beers and the wife drinks margarita's with Patron. I've only been to Black Hawk twice; once in the summer and once in the winter , and it was free both times.

Black Hawk is located just west of Denver, see: http://www.blackhawkcolorado.com/

Yeah vegas is cheap to stay there but getting there is the expensive part! Fucking airline tickets are ridiculous!
