Sorry, but we don't pay for the repair software, and have spent all these years to gain experience, not to mention any schooling we have, just to GIVE IT AWAY to some guy we don't know over the phone, who is probably having his wife do the talking for him even. Like, they don't want to admit that they need to step away from the keyboard, and slam their head in the door.Oh well not my problem I guess.
