Casper
Columbus, OH (AP) - A seven-year old boy was at the center of aFranklin County courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a courtruling over who should have custody of him. The boy has a history ofbeing beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody tohis aunt, in keeping with child custody law and regulation requiringthat family unity be maintained to the highest degree possible. The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat himmore than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her. Whenthe judge then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boycried and said that they also beat him. After considering the remainderof the immediate family and learning that domestic violence wasapparently a way of life among them, the judge took the unprecedentedstep of allowing the boy to propose who should have custody of him. After two recesses to check legal references and confer with the childwelfare officials, the judge granted temporary custody to the Universityof Michigan Wolverines, whom the boy firmly believes are not capable ofbeating anyone. Fonzie
Who's 0-9 in bowl games? Not OSU.I think he's talkin' vs. SEC teams??BTW.....I like Gump's version better! Cleveland's NEVER recovered from the old "Brownies" movin' to Baltimore. Steelers have a better rivalry with the original team, than the new....Even if the colors are different. Just look at both games this season for proof
