Zorro
Wa wa wee waaa! Of all the new bikes out there, this one looks the best (minus the boxer engine sticking out the sides).

e-flores
looks amazing but there will be no elbow dragging with the boxter engine...in the first pick he is about to run out of ground clearance....not a good thing....
Moto-Brian
That thing is shit. Wait until they reveal the bike they are going to contest WSBK with... Many people thought it was their MotoGP bike...

Its one thing to scrape a footpeg when dragging a knee. Its another to scrape your ENGINE when dragging a knee.

flounder
Lizard... you have a link for the WSBK bike... I think the bike looks sweet but the last thing I need is to plant a cylinder before a knee.
gsxr750girl
that bike is sexy but I agree not good when you wanna drag a knee! I still would like to see it in person and have one!
flounder
I would love to "test ride" one from a dealer ship and bring it back with scrapped up cylinder heads and then when they asked what happened, just tell them, "Nah, bikes not for me,, seems to have clearance issues"

Chrome
Guess they won't have to worry about where to place the frame sliders. it is a stock option on the bike.

Moto-Brian
Here's a pic when they first thought BMW was headed to MotoGP....http://www.k12rs.com/BMW_MotoGPl.jpgObviously, they will abandon the boxer style as they will have to in order to be competitive...Here's a more up to date one though they still relate them to MotoGP even though they announced they will compete in 2009. I got the years mixed up with KTM as they have stated they will compete by 2010...http://www.mvagusta.net/forum/showthread.php?t=3638
jermattak
is it a 1200? with 128 hp? disapointing
Moto-Brian
is it a 1200? with 128 hp? disapointingFor a boxer, that's really pretty good. If you expect it to be more 1098ish, you are looking at a bike that isn't expected to be in the same class. More of an FX type bike...
