copper1k
After nearly 12 months on the market our house is contract and closing March 30th. We are trading the country life for one in suburbia. We are buying a house in Pickerington right off Refugee rd. It will be a welcome change. copper1k
Any reason you decided to go from country to suburbia?Few reasons. Kids want a neighborhood so they can play with someone other than each other. I am burned out doing hours and hours of yard work. Sick of digging out after every snow fall. Mostly I think we are just due for a change.
speedytriple
HA! we could of just traded houses. I live in a subdivision, it sucks! I wanted to move to the country but the wife and kids liked the city. It sucks living in a subdivision. all those kids you are so happy to have at first will grow to be a pain. and the neighbors will always be up your ass. It is like high school all over with the little groups and this group is to good for that group. I HATE IT! and i have to drive to go hunt fish or shoot my guns. Ok rant over! sorry I dont like the city as you can see.

max power
Welcome to the congested, soccer mom infested neighborhood. Be prepared for the yearly tax increases.
