coolant passages thru Carbs

I'v heard it is to warm up the carbs for cold weather riding...it's supposed to warm up the fuel and help it flow better and give the bike a quicker warm up during cold starts...IF that is the case I wouldn't think out would hurt..But I'm no expert

the reason i am looking to bypass is due to when i am sitting at idle for a while..like say at a traffic light and when i go to take off, it will have a hesitation for just a quick second, like when first pulling the throttle, but only happens when sitting at hot idle for a small amount of time, does not happen when its cooler outside only when temp is above 75*
