Recommended Posts

Nominated for the Medal of Honor three times but you can only get it once. Eight purple hearts, 4 bronze stars, 2 distinguished service crosses, He was wounded 14 times over 54 months of combat. He died of cancer in December of 2009. Buried in Arlington Feb 2010.
