John
Problem with leaving it unlocked is they might try and steal it. yeah because a locked door is a huge deterrent to a car thief

speedytriple
They make motion sensors that hook up to car alarms. I use to have one in my old car that had t-tops, it would pick up if someone reached inside my car and set of my alarm. I also had a pager patched in to my alarm that would go off 45 secs before my car alarm did. I use to work at a stereo/alarm place when I was a youngen. I am sure they still make items like this for cars, this was a lllllong time ago so check with a local alarm place.

crb
I think is just leave it unlocked windows get expensive. Either that or setup cameras and get an alarm.
