dorifto240
Commodore Perry IPA is back on the shelves! I love that stuff!!!
OhCowboy13
Tried a honey brown at the Mudhens game and bought a six for the house. On tap it is pretty good, but like anything it looses something in the bottle. On a side note, when did ballpark beer become $7 a hit? I am in the wrong business, I need to buy a ball team. jagr
So Last Thursday Lienenkugel sponsored a lil' tasting party at the Pig iron. I have to say I was really impressed. I believe it was called 1888. It was an amber brew with a great full flavor. Anyone tried Great Lakes Burning River? The pig iron has it as aFeature brew this month. Looks interesting. AOW
Once upon a time, I was told that Ruby Tuesday had Yuengling Lager on tap. I finally made it around to checking it out last night, and they do NOT have Lager on tap. It's listed on their menu, but they have never and currently don't have Yuengling Lager on tap in their OH locations. Waitress did mention that she thinks Smokey Bone's has it on tap in Reynoldsburg. I will investigate and report back. Thank the gods I keep a 1/2 keg on tap in the garage!

creep
My top favs: 1. PBR, can't beat the taste for the price. 2. Anything from Rogue Brewery. They are located in Newport, Oregon. (yeah, I'm from the west coast) I've managed to find it in Ohio at the Cost Plus World Market in Canton, I have no idea about Columbus tho.My favorite was the Skullsplitter Ale, but I think they quit making it.You can usually find the Dead Guy Ale at World Market.3. Guinness. 'nuff said.4. Newcastle Brown Ale. I can usually find this one at Wal-Mart.
jhaag
its difficult for me to pick 5, but i tend to drink PBR or High Life when times or tough or i'm hanging out with hipsters. but, lately i've been drinking Carlsberg almost exclusively. i buy it by the 6 pack at the krogers in georgesville square but have some difficulty finding it elsewhere. there are two bars that carry it on tap up by polaris, Claddagh and The Pub. i suggest having it out of the bottle, though. Bad324
I must say if anyone is ever in Cleveland you should goto the Great Lakes Brewery. They have about 15-20 more beers on rotation on draft only in the brewpub that are amazing!
