Need road condition info for my planed trip

Here is my plan....us 36 from mt vernon to newcomerstown..st rt 256 to 342 up to Freeport/st rt 800...st rt 800 from Freeport all the way to the river(Fly)...from fly up st rt 7 to Hannibal/st rt 536(Ohio's dragon)..536 up to st rt 78...west on 78 to Bristol/AEP/The Muskie Bucket...then hit st rt 284 up to st rt 146..go west on 146 to the other side on zanesville...then take 586 north to home

Any info on any of these road would be great...condition,stops,alts,anything ...planning on doing this Saturday weather permitting with a group of friends, slow rollers not planning on any hard riding just a little day trip tour. Anyone interested in going you are more than welcome, weather permitting we r leaving from the Marathon/Bell Store in Fredericktown (where SR 13 and SR 95 cross)at 8am satuday
