Planning a weekend in TN driving not riding. Wanna go take the tour of the Jack Daniels distillery in Lynchburg TN so my plan is talking the girlfriend and heading out Saturday around noon to Nashville. That should put us in Nashville around 7pm gonna get a room close to the best bars Nashville has to offer and party like a country star and convince all the locals I'm the next Garth Brooks or Zach Brown and then bust out some Sir Mixalot on the Karaoke stage..you know the deal :) Ben has seen my BS with the out of town bar folks and he'll attest its priceless. Last time he was with me I convinced a group of ladies we were Viagra drug reps in town for a drug conference, good times. When the good times are done head back to the rooms and crash then get up in morn and head to Lynchburg for the tour then head home.

Anyone interested?

What if we changed it a tad and leave Fri the 29th noonish and stay in Nashville to party that night. Get up Saturday and head to Lynchburg for the Jack Daniels tour then back to KY and do the Jim Beam tour then stay in Louisville or Cincy Sat night and hit one of the river boats. Then get up Sun morn and head to the Pig Iron Meet and Greet. That work for anyone? Could also just head all the way back Sat instead of staying the night at the boats.

Peeps that have to work Friday.. Me and the woman can get down there and get the rooms and stuff and you could head out from work. TN is an hour behind us so you leave work and hit the road by 4 or 430 from Cbus you'll be there by 9 when the rest of us are ready to head out for the evening festivities

After the JD distillery tour, be sure to hit Lynchburg itself - I've heard Lynchburg Custom Choppers has grown since our last visit, a Jack Daniels store and there's a few leather shops too......its a cool little town

Been there 2xs my mom lives just north of jack. End of july is very hot there usually 10 deg higher than dayton. Also in oct there is a bbq in lynchburg....no alcohol lots of food and full of bikes! My dad goes every year. They just reopened gaylord hotel in nashville next to the mall. It was rebuilt after the flood. Very nice waterfalls inside and a river over a mile long...and lots of places to eat and drink!
