Well I finally got my Cam installed...

Used a piece of aluminum bent it ran a bolt through, used some rubber line on the bolt so when you tighten it, it compressed the rubber line to retain the mount in the Triple tree neck tube..

Going to clean up the bracket later

Took the base off the camera mount and fastened it directly to the windscreen..

Nice setup but the mic mounted under the seat per instructions sucked..

Mic was too close to exhaust and also too sensitive... Moving the mic to the front fairing under the dash and going to add some padding to try and reduce the sensitiviy.... Also need to install a + side inline noise filter..

I don't know, I haven't recorded enough with it yet... And yes the GoPro quality is much better but hey I only paid $100 for this setup and it serves its purpose you know.... Eventually I will get a GoPro HD...

I just don't like the mic on this setup it is a highly sensitive enviromental mic..

I still need to add some padding, I did relocate it to the cluster area and it still gets a distorted... I also get engine noise from the direct power setup...

As for recording the manual does not say anything about continuous recording, it just says it will record 6hrs per 2gb sd card.....
