madcat6183
So I have the option to take the wheels off the trailer and take them all home this weekend to get mounted Sunday at the shop where we work on the late models etc. but I don't really want to take all 4 wheels off the trailer, transfer them to Mansfield, then back here to put them on. Anyone in Cbus or close have a mounter that could unmount 4 travel trailer 205/75-15 radials and remount the same? I don't think they have to be balanced because they are just going on a trailer, just need a good bead and set/filled. I will have new valve stems, and the new tires with me this weekend for sure, but would love someone next week in the evening that could help me out. I have cash/beer/sexual favors. buildit
They still need balanced even though they're for a trailer because they can cause vibrations that will make towing unstable.
madcat6183
Damn, that was NOT what I wanted to hear. I think the ones I bought for my enclosed and my backup are not radials and have the beads inside for balancing.
buildit
Well, if you start rolling along at 55 and the trailer looks like it's going over rumble strips you'll know what to check first.

Trailer tires are not radial tires typically. No need to balance...

madcat6183
For reference, the ones I am mounting are radials due to weight and travel. Thanks bro, I pm'd ya. I am 99% sure the old radials do not have wheel weights, but could have beads inside.
