Pfloydgad
Well I got a call from Corproate today, and they are going to replace my unit under warranty. Is'nt it amazing how fast paperwork can be found when the BBB gets involved. Ride safe all, ATGATT please.Greg Edited December 6, 2011 by Pfloydgad They are going to fix the problem

ohiomike
Hmm, have a Hague unit in our home and when we needed them to come out they were jonny on the spot, no charge. Plus the unit works great and is very economical to use. Better than our previous Culligan or Sears softner units.

snot
I would contact BBB and file a complaint. I would also send a formal letter/email to both the corp. Office and the satelite company where you bought it. Do you still have a receipt or proof of purchase?
Beegreenstrings
We dont have them but I "was" going to have them look at upgrading what we have at the house... might look elsewhere now. Bout the only company you actually see in Zanesville
Pokey
The satellite company is to blame IMHO, but the manufacturer is being a dick about it. Give em hell Greg!!!!!!!!! Also be sure to ask them how them not finding the warranty info for your very obvious still under warranty equipment, is your problem?
