I bought it for someone as a x-mas gift, but they already have it and I can't return/exchange it. I paid $60, asking $50. Still has the plastic wrap on it. I'm in Columbus.

Just take it to Walmart. They will let you return anything. So long as it scans they will take it back...may have to be a gift card but still. That's just as useful most of the time. Or just give them the gift card.

Play It Trade It. The guy that sold it to me was there when I went back tonight, and did nothing. Kinda sucks, not much I can do about it. I've been going to them for a while now, might be time to find a new store.

The return to a different store isn't a bad idea, I didn't think of that. Feels wrong though.

I feel your pain. I have one of these as well. Bought for my nephew who wanted the cash instead. Of course I didn't keep the receipt.

Walmart policy is any electronics over $50 require a receipt for return or exchange. They wouldn't even give me in-store credit.

Yup new policy. Was told I couldn't return a $25 class set.
