Gixxus Christ!
That's a little rough dude, where is the rest of your clothing made at? If the answer is America then right on, if its not, then you should probably re think turning your back on the largest pro second amendment organization in the country. myhondas
Instead of bitching about it here where nothing can be be done about it, why don't you let them know that you don't appreciate the hats place of orgin. In fact, why you are at it....you could take on the US Capitol souveniour shops that sell all kinds of stuff of which none or very little is made in the usa. Like the small american flags which have the same label as your new hat.
CoolWhip
It's capitalism. It's what we love. China is cheaper.

JaronsToy
Also when I signed up the guy talked to me for 30 min on how they are helping America and we need to stand behind the US business and that's why I did signed up and payed. Then saw the hat and it touched a soft spot I guessHave a good night guys Edited March 12, 2012 by JaronsToy
Gixxus Christ!
If that hat was made here you can bet they wouldn't give it to you for free. I would rather they buy cheap Chinese crap to give away and spend the money they save lobbying congressmen and senators.
JaronsToy
dont worry the hat is not a american flag it only has 28 stars on it lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ub1w6p66oUs
vf1000ride
I must have a better quality one. My flag has all 50 stars and the hat was made in Bangladesh. I didn't get the membership for the hat. Most times at the gun shows when I re-up my membership I tell them to keep the hat.
Gixxus Christ!
If you let your membership lapse for a few months they knock off ten bucks and give you a duffel bag.
C-bus
They get my money to stand for one thing. They are not the Tea Party, they are not the ACLU, they are not the Teamsters..... if you signed up for the free hat, we've already lost. crb
You got a free hat? Hell I didn't get a free hat and I'm a life member. I missed the life member jacket deal too. I don't wear advertise by wearing firearm hats or NRA hats.
motozachl
All this 'free hat' talk reminds me of that south park episode
Tonik
If you think you are unhappy with them now wait until your phone starts ringing off the hook and they fill your mailbox with requests for more money. They hit new members really hard with extra marketing. It pissed me off so much that I didn't renew.
