baptizo
I need to get my Duc 748/996 looked at and aside from the dealership up in Akron, are there any capable independent shops in the area?Belts are 2 years old, it dies in cooler temps before warming up too much for my liking, backfires, sputters below 3500 rpm's. All of the running issues seem to be typical of the 748/996's but I haven't been able to find a um222 chip for it to help it run better. Harb67
+1 for Paulie. I'm not even a Duc owner but he did a fantastic job on my ninja's forks. I'd trust him to do great work on any bike.

baptizo
Guns are cool, props for the recommendation, hollywood. Northern Ohio Ducati and Triumph is the one I found locally but dealerships, well, they're not high on my list of go-to places. It's looking like Pauly is the go-to place - thanks, everyone. Just make sure to call him and ask for The Duke Doctor. You must pronounce it that way
