Fixing Fiberglass Track Body

The guy that owned my bike before dropped it on the trailer and did some damage. It's not too bad but there are some areas in want to fix up and reinforce this winter. It's not bad enough to merit buying new.

I'm looking for somebody local, in central Ohio who does work like this. Any suggestions are definitely appreciated.

After I get it fixed it's going back to its original blue and white Gixxer colors. I'm not a fan of a solid graphite bike.
