If I was the cop, and knowing this is the second time they caught it on video, I would have cited her for passing the bus but also for driving on the sidewalk and willful/wanton disregard for safety. Maybe a couple of minutes?Still, absolutely no excuse. It was an extremely dangerous maneuver, breaking multiple laws all out of selfishness.
