Hi everyone. my name is Justin. i have an Black 06 GTI and also have a Silver 05 STI both with TBE/I/TUNE ive been to alot of the hang out areas on Fri and Sat nights and everyone i meet always ask if im a member on CR. haha...the car is my daily that has been through everything with me. I'm a student at UC and live in an area where I don't trust any of the trash that lives around me so I'd rather not dump anymore into a car that is getting beat up by other cars every day from being parked on the street. The lip it beat up because a huge conversion van in front of me slammed into a deer and I ran over the remaining parts of it. Thus, the front lip is broken in half and zip tied. Will not take off because I want to remember when I had a dream to actually do some work to the car. (the honda h on the grill fell off when this occured as well...ROFL) I still have the black with ORANGE lip wheels as well, but they're sitting in the garage collecting dust. 17" wheels I've had for several years now and threw on the car because the tires on the 16's were shot and I had extra set or 17" tires laying around from when I owned my 95 ex. Again, I don't want to throw in anymore money into the car so 17" wheels it was and will be until I get rid of the car. Car will not get anymore mods as I'm selling it at the moment. Either than that, I hope to buy a bike and a better daily driver.

I remember talk of the all-pro kit but not sure if it was even around when I did mine. That was a big time for Tacoma SAS so the popularity was growing FAST. I fabricated all the additionals myself and hunted for part after part (t100 oil pan, etc) the old fashioned way, lol I've been on 4x4wire but I spent most of my time on nc4x4.com....since I was the one who created it I handed it over to some friends when I moved to OH

I live off central college - I get up to maxtown/spring, but rarely. If you saw the trooper on the road, it would be a miracle. I drove it from indy, parked it, and tore it apart. Its not even titled in Ohio/registered yet. Must be some other idiot trying to resurrect a 21 year old junk box!

I went with the ring manufacture recomendation .024 on the top. on the second I went with a heavy .026. the mains are .0023 to .0025 with std bearings The rods were the same but I had to mix bearings using a standard on one side and a +.001 on the other the pistons are -28cc, 9.01 compression. took about three weeks after I got the pistons there. There was alot of work on the heads, he did some touch up welding and the valve job. I checked the pattern with a marker and lapping compound and they seat great.

This is something I was talking with a couple people about. Why do all Hondas get classified as a ricer? Even the relatively clean ones. I'll admit. My car isn't the 'fastest' or whatever and I could give a shit less. And I got a big ass can cause I got an awesome deal on it and my other one rusted off. Yet. I've tried to keep it clean and just overall as a good car. Then driving to Kroger I have 3 guys call me a ricer. On top of some negative rep some guy gave me back on here calling me a 'ricer fag'. So how in the fuck do people define ricer? And why do even the 'normal' honda drivers get defined as it. I don't rev (I'm usually the guy yelling at the people reving the POS cars), I don't drive like a dbag all over the parking lot. I take my time and I go around and meet people, try to have fun. Then to have some faggots who think they're bad ass in whatever the fuck they drive call me a ricer for no reason. That shit pisses me off. Discuss.

hey - im Mike - im not much into the racing scene really, I came from a rock crawling background. I spent all my time and money making my truck slower actually I recently got the bug again and picked up an old isuzu trooper I plan to bring back to life, im just looking for some local advice, currently looking for a good machine shop in Columbus to rebuld my head and possibly rebuild my bottom end if I decided to go with it. The trooper will probably not be another crawler...I wont build another one of those until after im Divorced or my kids grow up and move out! im in westerville if anyone is looking to hang out or shoot the shit im interested because my wife cant stand to hear me talk about it any more!
