I asked my boy if he wanted to sit in the driver's seat on the bike (we just got back from his school 2-up. Showed him all the controls and let him start the bike up (centerstand lifts the back wheel off the ground). He nearly soiled himself when I had him crank the throttle... Couldn't get the smile off his face for a couple of hours.
Couple years back I was sitting at a light, with a tuner car to my right. He kept revving his engine, so I looked over--He was hunched over the wheel looking at me, then the light and back. So I got into the launch position and started revving--looking at him, then the light, back and forth. When the light went green he squealed his tires and took off. I casually made the left turn I had been waiting for.
I hate that shit. You can even be rolling up to a stop and they think you can just wheelie and stand there at the light with it pointing straight up. Or they yell at you to do one in a traffic jam as well. 1st off are you that stupid? You can see that a wheelie can't be done in this situation right now. Also, I don't do wheelies on purpose and I'm not riding my bike and attempting to risk my $11k machine for your entertainment! Get your own bike and ride your own gawddamn wheelie you fucking punk!
You're only a real Warrior if you've left your man seed spilled all I've at least 2 other countries. International waters will also be accepted in place of 1 country. I don't wanna know how time was passed on ships before women were alllowed to serve as mobile matresses. Signed, Jagr, 0311.
Go to sears and get a good mechanics tool set and a nice lockable box. But the nice screw driver set and a get vice grips, the nice set of pliers (slip-joint, reg, dykes, ect). Get the allen keys that come with the plastic holder (saves so much time finding the right one). If you need to save $$$ go with an all metric set. Don't skimp- buy quality and buy them once.
Ok to you armchair wanna be heros. Most of you here know I'm a Firefighter/Medic on 2 dept's .... That being said, I'd stand there and let him go too. My life is more important than that of someone who wants to commit suicide. I have taken water rescue classes, have you clowns condeming thier actions taken those classes???? It's the rescuer who usually drowns too either from the struggle or hypothermia. Take shit all you want but when it comes time to jump into 50 degree water to save someone who wants to die let me see you man up and do it, I'll watch you drown too. Am I cold and heartless, well maybe so. I have saved lives before and I've taken big risks doing so. I have fallen thru a floor of a burning house and I've went into the water too....to save people who didnt want to be there and that didnt want to die! You wanna kill yourself go right ahead I'm not gonna stop you. An innocent victim on the other hand I'll be the first one to try and help. Bash on fucktards, if you are man enough to do the job well go get your fire and emt cards and I'll put you on a truck with me for a few shifts and see if your opinion changes.
No, you wouldn't send the firefighters in a burning building without equipment, because everyone loves the firemen. That's when you send in the cops. They're expendable! Right?
Want my opinion on that.... A soldier is a soldier is a soldier... Wheather it be for 4 years or 40 years. In the Coast Guard or in the U.S. Special Forces. No more and no less of a man. I also feel it makes them no more or no less of a man than you or I. In for 5 and take a round in Iraq or in for 18 and never take a hit. Take this for what it is worth. continuing education should start at the military. I personally feel that every student should come straight out of high school and go directly to boot camp. Serve at least 4 years and then be free to pursue what ever they wish. I know I know, this is a dream world. But, I believe this would rid the earth of these sissy whining asses like Paris Hilton and Lindsey Lohan. Lifer's I have always said they have had a choice. They could stay or go. My dad that did 12 years as a Sgt in the army (before anyone starts their shit... some of his time was served in Vietnam in the Airborne), left to pursue a job at Rockwell int. His opinion on this is the same. If you feel you need to do more than 4, go ahead. But, he also feels everyone should do at least 4.
