  1. Hello everyone, my name is Jason and I live in Gahanna, Ohio. I am a 35 year old married IT professional who enjoys tinkering with cars and hanging out with people of similar interests. I was introduced to the site by a couple of friends from Columbus who have the same type of car as I, and thought that I would enjoy the site. I currently own a 2006 Mercedes E55 AMG. I bought the car in January of this year and have already installed a 185mm crank pulley, 550cc injectors and looped fuel rail, larger heat exchanger with a new Meziere WP-136 pump, ASP accessory pulleys, custom tune, and Zeitronix ZT2 with Dashdaq for datalogging purposes. Future plans include long tube headers, x-pipe and custom 3" exhaust along with 19" lightweight forged rims for riding around town as well as a 16" drag wheel set up and either DR's or slicks. I hope to become a productive member of the community and can always lend a hand if needed! Thanks for taking the time to read, and I look forward to meeting everyone! 2. Hey everyone! I'm 24, getting married next year, and live in cincinnati. Now that we have all the boring info. out of the way, I guess on to my car. I had an s13, 99 firebird, 86 fiero, 90 silverado, 97,98 DSMs, 86 camaro and now a 2010 mustang Mods are plentiful for the exterior, and under the hood needs to be replanned (custom turbo, caused the trans to slip in 2nd and 3rd gear, so I took it off). Have a bunch of misc. suspension pieces that will go on this winter, and will be beefing up the drivetrain some. 5. It's going to be too COLD tonight to be standing in a parking lot (10 p.m. forecast=49 degreees, 14 mph wind), so it should be a decent time to try out the hangout. The front half is pretty much done. Foosball should be up and running tonight. 55" screen with XB360 is ready to go. Blue Rays on hand include Fast & Furious 1-5, Boondock Saints 1 & 2. If there's local station sports programming you want to watch, we can do that as well. If there's interest, we'll order pizzas at 8 p.m. and see how that works. The frig is full of bottled water and Red Bull/Monster/Arnie Palmers. There is a vending machine for pop, but the Delco Drive Through is across the street. Please do not bring alcohol or drugs on the premises. If you don't want pizza, there's a McDonald's down the pike at Sandusky Street and London Road. If you have Forza 3 or 4, bring it along with your favorite game. I've only got a few Connect games so far. I have 3 controllers that have never been tested, so bring your own controller along if you want. The garage is open but not cleaned up, so you're welcome to poke around my cars, but don't expect a museum experience. The key element is that the whole place will be TOASTY WARM Stay as late as you want. Restrooms are on-site. Cars are within eyesight. The front door will open at 7:30 p.m. We order pizza at 8, pizzas should be ready to eat by 8:45. Popo are bound to be watching your exit, so please, no ricer stuff. The hangout is smoke-free, but you can smoke in the garage, police your own butts. In case you haven't been there, here are directions: Howald Industrial Park 320 London Road, Suite 101 (in Building 100) Delaware, Ohio (across from the intersection of London Road the Liberty Road) the place is 14 miles north of Home Depot/Sawmill it is 1.5 miles from the large Jegs Warehouse at Route 42 and London Road If you are coming from Columbus, it's easy to just go north on US 23 to the first Delaware exit (South Sandusky Street, exit to the left but turn right on Sandusky, then go about a mile and turn left onto London Road. The place will be on your right just after the Delco Drive Through. If you are coming from Sawmill, go directly north on Sawmill Road until it ends at the Hyatts Road Roundabout. Turn right (east) on Hyatts Road, go into the village of Hyatts, turn left (north) on Liberty Road. Liberty road dead ends at the industrial park (turn left onto London Road, then immediately right, into the park). PLEASE POST TO THE THREAD IF YOU INTEND TO COME SO I HAVE AN IDEA HOW MANY TO SET-UP FOR Questions/problems: Text me at 740-405-5565. I've got a full day today, so be patient about me getting back to you. Hope to see you tonight!

  6. Thanks guys/girls! No way to get any dyno numbers yet, but I will when I source a new trans and rear. Est. hp/tq was 370/390 range, but who knows. I'm shooting for 400hp and 450tq by next spring

  7. lol, fair enough. I never said it was fast, I just said it was a fun car to drive. I have a friend who owned a 2000 WS6 with only 34k miles when he sold it this year, and I would have bought it in a heartbeat, if I could have afforded the insurance. I'm only 19, but I'm happy with what I have.

  8. The last time I had it at National Trails it ran a 12.3/115mph with a 1.9 60ft on street tires. It was about 80-85F ambient and IAT's were around 190F at the line. I know others with similar mods, but have LTH's that are running mid to low 11's. The stock exhaust is killing the top end for sure, and certainly isn't helping EGT's; soon I hope to remedy that issue. I may add a trunk tank reservoir or meth injection to help keep IAT's down. On a mustang dyno it put down 476/540. Thanks for the warm welcome!

  9. That McDonald's is full of clowns. Those hamburglers got what they deserved, but I grimiced when he kept hitting her on the ground.

  10. Nah, I'm joking. I'm fine. The worst part is over (the initial wakeup afterwards - yes, my eyes burned and felt like they had sand in them, it's best to get that Pred Forte anti-inflammatory drug in ASAP, that calmed everything down)... today I was able to drive myself to the followup appt. and run errands all this morning. No issues.

  11. Hey guys, My name is Tyler, and I just bought a 2001 Mazda Miata Special Edition in British Racing Green. It is #2329 of 3000. It has a 6-speed manual, LSD, 16" Polished wheels, and a few other nice options. It may not be a drag strip star, but it definitely is fun in the twisties, and i'd like to make it faster in the days/weeks/months to come. Right now, it is absolutely bone stock. Regardless, I've got a couple friends on here, and i'm looking forward to being part of the community. Here's a few pics of it, let me know what you guys think! http://oi55.tinypic.com/23k5kl2.jpg http://oi52.tinypic.com/33l368l.jpg http://oi51.tinypic.com/2czdown.jpg http://oi53.tinypic.com/ouvcq8.jpg http://oi52.tinypic.com/20frx94.jpg
