Well this just got interesting.. Hey Layton Gillen, aka Shankroid Beast - Age 44 <Address Removed by flounder as a courtesy> .. Why dont you really tell everyone here what happened or do I need to post your court records myself since you cant seem to tell the whole story. Looks like Layton went through a custody battle starting around March of 2010 which would make sense as there was a "PETITION FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CIVIL PROTECTIO ORDER " filed against him in June of 2009. Looks like the custody battle case was closed in August of 2010 and guess what, Two months later in November 2010 another " PETITION FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CIVIL PROTECTION ORDER" was filed against him by the same woman. Going out on a limb here and guessing your ex. Oh and that petition was granted in Dec 2012. Yeah domestic violence will definitely keep you from owning a firearm. Oh and just for the record. Ive archived this entire thread, your profile, including pictures of yourself to tie to your screename, your court documents, the threats in this thread against walthergsp, your old threads with threats against him as well. Piece of advice, GO AWAY FROM THIS BOARD AND DONT COME BACK......EVER!!! We dont take to kindly to threats against other members or anyone for that matter. If you come here again, make threats on the board again, make threats in person, show aggression towards any members on or off the board, Im going to package all of this information up and send it to the pickaway county and franklin county courthouse and make sure it gets to your probation officer, the judge, local sheriff, etc Consider yourself warned and my suggestion would be to bow out gracefully and ban yourself before I actually get upset enough to send this information to the powers that be. Consider this the first ever internet, "Ban yourself" thread. Thanks for playing, have a nice day!7 points

I'm glad I could help and thanks sharoidbeast for proving my point that you are a pathetic, angry, argumentative, mentally unstable, roid rage, attention whore, male half naked picture posting whiny baby. I knew if I let this thread go overnight like a nice crockpot dinner that that tough guy would show his true colors and you would all see him for the clown he is. I need a good laugh on the way to work so please tell me more about your waste size again mmmkay. Kisses!!!!2 points

Park it near the lane in a parking lot. I had a car almost run me and my bike over because they didn't see me and assumed the parking spot was empty. Park in first, and turn your bars left. It makes it a little more stable. In the left lane of the highway, stay on the right track. It puts you in mirrors better as you pass people. Right lane, left track. Stay out of semi wake. its a scary place. Stay to the inside of circular ramps. Shit flies off trucks all the time. As stated, wet leaves are like oil. Also tar strips can get you a little squirmy. I almost lost it making a left turn at an intersection, because I didn't expect the tar to give as much a it did. I also wave back and forth when nearing intersections. The left turners are blind sometimes. And downshift so people hear you better. As a newb, it takes time to build core muscles. Do it though. It hurts much worse when you cant write because your wrists are so sore. The best and probably too simple to appreciate is simply enjoy riding. Yes, always try to be safe, but if you aren't having fun, don't do it. Which reminds me, check your emotions before you ride. Angry is exhilarating. Until you're coming up to a red light at 100, trying to honk and stop and not flip over the end or low side. Ride happy, not angry.1 point

Shop Dog Cycles is proud to service the central Ohio area with Mobile Motorcycle Tire Service There are several reasons why you should choose us for your next tire change. Instead of bringing your bike to a local dealer around town just to sit and wait for your service to be finished, why not sit in the comfort of your home, or have your service completed while your working! Mobile tire changes from Shop Dog Cycles lets the you have the convenience, and our pricing is at or below our competitors. We use only Premium Pit Bull Motorcycle stands for sport bikes/standards/sport touring models and Craftsman Motorcycle Lifts for cruisers to properly lift your bike when performing your tire change or service. Our tire Machine is made by NoMar, we selected this changer for several reasons. First using a manual changer lets us control the manipulation of the the tire vs. a pneumatic changer which can stretch or damage a tire. Secondly, NoMar tire changers have non marring materials on all parts that come into contact with your wheel which include, the bead breaker, wheel clamps, and tire bar. The NoMar machine lets us accurately control the quality of the tire change. We use a gravity balancer to accurately balance the wheels. This balancer works great and is very accurate, the owner has tested the accuracy on the track. We have all the correct balancing adapters and cones to fit all makes and models. Special tools are needed for certain motorcycles, such as special sockets for the large diameter axle nut on Ducati sportbikes, special stands for Ducati, BMW, Triumph and some Honda single sided swing arm bikes, We have all the necessary equipment to do the job right. We use torque wrenches on all fasteners to ensure all bolts and nuts are torqued to the proper specifications. We make sure we lube your axles/shaft drive splines before reinstallation. Quality and satisfaction are job #1!1 point

Anyhoo, slingshot bad idea, crossbow worst. Baseball bat, machete, mace/pepper spray are all much better ideas. Suck up your pride if your truly afraid and call the police. It will certainly help your case in the long run and you do end up fighting your perceived threat. Worst case bust out the Being I don't know you from Jack I hold no ill will in your case. But in reality, you sound like a tool and maybe you need your shit kicked in to give you some perspective on things.1 point

Funny to see how the tide turns against someone after they prove themselves incapable of doing three things: accept advice, be grateful for the advice, and not act like a double-Fuckstick douchebag jerk off tough guy and offer to fight a bunch of strange dudes-not because you have a legitimate grievance with any of them, but because you just love some man on man action. Keep that shit in the sauna room at the Y.1 point

I think if you're new to riding, hopping on a low stress ride with 1 or 2 experienced and more importantly, patient, rider friends can be very helpful.1 point

There's dangers in numbers too - especially for a new rider who has not yet gotten comfortable and instinctive on his own ride. Following too close, trying to keep up, worrying about where you are in a group can all bite a new rider right in the ass...and the group ride reports from this site are a testament - lots of wrecks. I would never suggest a new rider go on a group ride. I'd recommend getting very comfortable on your own or with one other rider who's hip to your skill level and can teach/watch you for a while before joining a group.1 point

A hispanic guy shot a black guy. I promise that same day a month or so ago, some black guy shot a black guy. Some black guy shot a white guy. Some white chick shot a white dude. A grandma shot a daughter-in-law. Some drunk white guy shot himself. A busier news week and you never would have heard of this. A couple less useless wanna-be civil rights leaders involved, and you never would have heard of this. If the original photos that circulated would have been the teen "thug" pic and the hispanic in the suit, you never would have heard of this story. The best part by far is that nobody on CR knows all the facts, but is willing to debate the story. I just hope no pro-gun or pro-self defense laws get fucked up because of this.1 point

Learn how to really relax on the bike. Drop your elbows & grip the bike with your legs. The bars are for control inputs only. If you are using the bars for anything else such as weight support it will cause you to make unintended control inputs. Always look where you want to go & scan far ahead enough that you can give yourself options. Always leave yourself a way out. Panic reactions are rarely good ones. Take the MSF course.1 point
