Hi everyone, I just moved here about 6 months ago from just outside Boston and have been trying to meet the local car people. I've met a few people the couple of times I've been over to Cars and Coffee (I was the guy on the Red Ducati 748S,) and everyone told me I need to join here as well, so here I am. Quick Details: Name: Brian Location: Dublin Occupation: Mechanical Engineer Rides: 2005 GTO, 2005 Grand Cherokee (3" Lift, on 33s), 99 Ducati 748S, "Formula SAE"/A-mod Auto-X car If you just want the pictures, skip the next few paragraphs. There are plenty of them! I have a M.S. in mechanical engineering from WPI (Worcester Polytechnic Institute, in Worcester Mass.) My senior and grad thesis projects were basically designing and build a single seat formula race car from scratch, it consumed a lot (read: all) of my time, and probably took a few years off my life, but it was probably the best overall automotive experience I've had. I also started a retail automotive business with my father back on CT in 2006 dealing in Tuning and DAQ equipment and tend to do a fair a mount of EFI tuning. Automotive related interests/hobbies: Motocross/Supercross (started racing when I was 5) HPDE track days and bike track days, Tuning. Hoping to get into some time attack and eventually NASA competition level racing in the semi-near future as well. Hello all, I used to be on her as "B Series" about 6 years ago. I drove a teal CRX with a B16 swap. I'm back in the states so starting a new project. A ls Integra, so far just suspension work and some other small stuff. Looking to turbo or possible K swap. Will post a pic as soon.

Besides tax breaks and societal norms, I haven't really figured out why non-religious people get married in the first place. My dad and his gf have been together for like 17 years or something, not married, not tied in place by a contract, just happy. If you don't want to be with someone, don't be with them, if you do, do it and enjoy it. Marriage complicates things it seems. On that note, I can't say I won't marry someone at some point in my life.... i want lower taxes too dammit.

I was wondering where you were going off to! And yes, I was careful. Too careful. I'm not going to be able to swing directly into thins like I'd hoped. I'm just going to have to keep riding and see if I can knock this fear out of me. Good ride though! Baby sitter was pretty pissed at me lol

Nice meeting you all! The pace was about perfect being the first time out this season IMO Haha I was curious where you went, but at the next stop sign Brandon just waved us on so I figured he knew what was up.

Thanks for letting the adventure bike hang off the back for a while. I hope I didn't cause much concern when I decided to explore some dirt roads. It was fun but needed a gravel fix. Craig

Don't worry Nivin, I'm not envisioning one of our 'usual' rides this early in the year. I know that I'm going to be tip-toeing around the corners until we get some good, hard rain to wash all the crap away.

All the squids were having a hard time doing wheelies and stopies with them.

One of my big reasons for getting back on the site was buying and selling parts, find some good deals on here as long as you got the cash.
