  2. Had my surgery a week and a half ago. In physio rehab now. By the time the 2017 season starts off I'll be healed up enough to ride again. At this point I'd expect to be riding again in about 3 months, but that puts me in the middle of January.

  3. Didn't want to post these in gearless riders section....if anyone out there needs gear and is strapped for cash, you can have either of these. First is a fieldsheer vented leather jacket. Very well built and protective with full armor and huge zippable vents. Has some use on it but cleans up nice. No rips and not been down. Size 42 fits like a 44+. Second is a Teknic mesh jacket. Excellent shape. Fits very short...race cut+! Has Knox armor. Size M.

  11. Tea does nice work, and awesome to work with. Godspeed to Ryan, I didn't know him well but he was always very cool to talk to. My last image of him was at MidO about a month ago, I was on track and just as I opened it up on the front straight, RHill goes flying by on the inside with his left hand giving me the thumbs up. And he was gone. Figuratively, and literally.

  12. Valve adjustment also scored a new to me set of rims for the zrx. Will allow me to run a 180 rear tire. 170 series getting harder to find in a sport tire

  14. Guys I just wanted to post up a nice gesture that someone has done for Ryan's family. Ryan had ordered new numberplates for his bike a few weeks ago. Ron and I decided to reach out to them to see if we could cancel the order. They Said they already shipped but they would refund the money anyway as his family can probably use the money for his bills. I absolutely love the motorcycle community. If anyone needs decals, please look into popshadow decals. I'm always willing to support businesses that are willing to do little things like this.

  15. Last time down at Perry I was riding my Strom through there...just screwing off, had knobbies mounted up just wanted to play a bit on the not-that-gnarly stuff. Came around a bend and two rangers in a SXS were sitting there. A girl ranger motioned me to stop, so I went over and stopped. She was like "Uh, have you been here before?" and I said sure, lots of times. "Oh, ok, because not very many people ride a street bike through this you might wanna take it easy". lol, I thanked her and said I'd be fine. Mostly just rode the main trails and climbed some hills. First time I've ever seen any rangers there, on the trails, and I've been down there a hundred times I'll bet.

  16. Ryan was my work cubicle neighbor, and good friend. I was going to post something here to spread the word, but I see that it is already known. All of you who knew him were like family to him, he talked about you all the time. He definitely was a great guy, and will be missed. Race In Peace, brother.
