  1. Dan should leave the SV here and rent it out for travel income.

  2. I am glad that you didn't because I don't think i would have ended up with it if you did! Thanks again for a great deal on a great pistol!!

  3. Awesome. It was unfired. I most likely would have kept it if I had taken it to the range.

  4. This is my new favorite pistol! I got out over the weekend with it and was very pleased at how well this gun shoots...I have only fired it with my suppressor attached and the accuracy is remarkable, after about 30 rounds I was able to start taking the caps off bottles at 20 yards consistently. Ran all different types of ammo through her to test it out and i only had one fail to fire and that was the ammo not the gun. If you are in the market for a 22 pistol i would strongly recommend looking into one of these. Absolute freaking blast to shoot especially suppressed!

  6. Welcome Chris! You have to stick around until June or your opinion of this site will not be good. Being winter and little to no bike therapy, turns most of us into raging dicks. By April things get better.

  7. 26 miles each way, but it's all highway and light traffic. It takes me exactly 30 minutes, unless the snow is really falling. The relative safety of the turnpike allows me to ride all year, even the day after a decent snowfall like we just had. I would commute up to an hour, as long as it doesn't include battling traffic. Then again, the nature of my job doesn't require me to go in every day, so there's that.

  8. Maybe because I grew up in a different era, but I don't quite get it. I love driving almost as much as riding. Time behind the wheel of my truck is good. Commute time isn't as good as sex; true. But not near as mind-numbing as meetings and other parts of the work day.

  10. The VJMC (Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club) will not be represented this year at any of the shows around the country. Seems that the new owners of the show demand a contract from ALL exhibitors including non-profit clubs. If they don't exhibit all of their listed bikes, they are subject to penalties of up to $10,000. What a crock of crap that is. A non-profit club would expose themselves to fiscal demise. Let the show people know that this is not a intelligent course of action on their part. I am not sure how many other non-profits are passing on the IMC shows, but I would assume that there will be others. I an not even going to go and give them any of my hard earned cash if they treat their exhibitors like that. But then again, the show has been getting smaller each year and costlier for both the participants and the general public. At this rate, I don't see them surviving for too many more years.
