  1. Agreed. They seem to hide in clusters for protection or avoidance of "drinking alone" syndrome.

  2. Had a good night of Fall Themed cooking. First I started out by making big batch of chili. Added a few new items and it really turned out great. Then a buddy and I brewed up a batch of apple pie moonshine. Turned out better than ever, very smooth and quite delicious . Added a few new ingredients to taste in that also and couldn't be happier with it. Made about 2 Gallons total.

  3. I totally understand everything you said, and I never did either. Like just this week I got a sudden urge for a nice 1911, and thinking that Ruger will be it. I am thinking I will wait for Black Friday to see if KY Gun Co has any good sales, I think they did last year. Not that 650 isn't a great price, but never know.

  6. cabelas is so fucking over priced on pistols the last time i was there. fuck them in the face. definitely get a FFL lined up to do transfers. i highly recommend using dale at delta epsilon, i had a ruger SR22 with threaded barrel shipped to him (this was back when they were very hard to get a hold of) and it went great. just be aware he has a new address and such so check his facebook for what to do on new stuff. you can get a hold of him there or if todd is still helping him out, you can hit him up. again, check to see if he has a nice 1911 in his inventory or if he can get one for a similar price... the only nice thing about buying from an out of state dealer that has a gun listed cheap is you dont have to pay sales tax on the pistol. you just pay, have them ship the gun to the ffl, pay the ffl for the transfer, and voila. you just saved an assload of money. and i know how much you love an assload.

  7. Hello everyone. I'm hasuna i live in northwest Columbus and work in Lancaster. I currently own a couple of crappy daily drivers. I just recently picked up a miata with a good bit of suspension work already done. Not exactly my taste, but it is growing on me. I plan on a swapping the miata onto a ls1, depending on how a few things work out with our family business. If all else fails it'll probably get turboed until i blow the motor. http://s23.postimg.org/ly6pym207/abcd.jpg http://s23.postimg.org/cgbkcb5pj/photo_1.jpg

  10. I can't tell if she is actually that skanky or a wanna be skank. Either way she is annoying and not particularly attractive. In 5 years she'll be dating Ellen DeGeneres.

  11. I disagree 100%. When it is nice and sunny out, I see HDs parked in bar parking lots. I am usually on the road riding by when I see them.

  13. Your not afraid. Your just not a morbid person that likes to watch that kind of stuff. I used to think it was cool/neat to watch the "Faces of Death" videos back in the day but now that im older its just not for me.

  16. Nice write up Cephas....I think I might try one or two next year time permitting if I can keep improving. So heres my long winded Airborne Hobgoblin story for those interested in buying from Airborne. Test rode one at the Midwest Outdoor Fest in Dayton... If your considering buying a Hobgoblin or Goblin I highly recommend going and buying a demo since they were considerably marked down... I placed my order when I got home on Monday late afternoon and bike shipped from California Tuesday morning. Arrived Friday afternoon and was the wrong size bike. Called the guy back and since it was late friday with the weekend coming up it would be taken care of Monday morning. No big deal to me. Fedex came to my place to pick up the bike Tuesday and new bike was 2 day expressed Tuesday morning....Bike came Thursday and was very easy to put together. I had one issue of the rear brake needing bled. I contacted Airborne and they offered to contact SRAM and send new brakes. I wanted to ride today so I took to local bike shop so they could bleed the system. I relayed that to Airborne and they said send invoice for the bleed and it will be taken care of....Very good customer service. SO... finally got to ride it today and its awesome! Had a PR time and was nowhere near as fatigued as normal. Frame/paint looks great and everything is quality. Well worth the money.

  19. I've said/written it before....call me a "fanboy" if you want, but I had an outstanding experience buying a new bike from IP. They gave me as much on trade as I was asking for my FZ6 on here, got me into great financing and extremely low interest rate, and then lowered the price below my internal ceiling. My only complaint.....by my calculations, they owe me 110 t-shirts. Just throwing that out there.

  20. Well I am a mechanic not an economist otherwise I would be on Columbus economics.com duh I've said it before and I'll say it again none of the ideas created in this site will ever be tried in the real world so arguing about it on here is as useful as arguing who should have won the 1980 Superbowl or who will win it in 2020. In other words a complete waist of time.
