  1. I said this in one of my recent rider reports but it bears repeating; If anyone on here has an interest in doing some adventure riding in Colorado i'm most likely your guy. The scene is huge out here & I've been dedicating a lot of time to learning the lay of the land. I've also been the recipient of a lot of information & good will so, of course, I'm more than happy to pay it forward! A simple PM is the best way to get a hold of me.

  2. Yes, Silicone caulk around all windows and doors. You may need some backer rod (round foam) to fill the wide gaps and then brick mould.

  3. No. Airborn transfer is molecules in the air you breathe in and gets in your body from you lungs. Actual substance like spit from the sneeze that is absorbed thru you eyes, mouth, nose. "Mucus Membrane" is not airborn transfer. To contract this you have to physically have contact with infected substance.

  4. I know. Making sure you're financially and emotionally stable before bringing a life into this world is completely irresponsible.

  6. if my little baby doesn't appreciate what i do for her, i will probably sell her for a new race bike and rig, and a really fancy tennis racquet. maybe even a pro stock one if i'm feeling frisky.

  7. Father inlaw isnt in the best health so today he wanted to talk to my boy. At first i didn't know what it was about but i was pleasantly surprised to find out why. He had a single shot Sears and Roebuck model 41-103 single shot .22LR, that his father gave to him and he was ready to pass it on to his grandson. It's a pre serial number model so to the best my research could figure out it is between a 1952-1967 model year, father inlaw guessing ealry 60s (prob 62 or 63). Not worth a lot of coin not in perfect condition but soo much family history and sentimental value. So after he cracked a couple of rounds through it with grandpas permission she is now sitting in the safe ready for the next pages of its life. Didn't think about getting a pic of them together, need to get that done.

  8. Agreed 100%, do it now vs later, this is Jim's biggest complaint with his pole barn and his septic is in fact below the barn floor, would flow straight in with no issues, but the builder didn't do water or septic. No way I would ever build one without a crapper in it, especially if running water anyways.

  9. There is some good info in here, and thanks for suggesting me, Tim. OP we can sit down or set up a time to meet, even at your house. I need to see where your head is at, and talk you through some situations to see what your level of commitment is to living. I do home assessments, as well as teach weapons classes. I get where you are coming from, and that it is a tough spot to be in when learning this stuff for the first time. I'll offer to do yours for free and here's why. Reading through this, I'm concerned you may make a purchase or subject yourself to a future bad situation. I think you're a good guy just trying to get things in place to have a good life. Understand, when I do these home assessments, they are $50 an hour, and a 2-4 hour minimum depending on the size of the property. I will cover home safety with the occupants of the home, how not to look like an easy target, weapons that are the right fit for the home, and basic strategy for protecting yourselves from home intruders and thieves. My phone number is in my signature. I hope to hear from you.
