Bad pictures, there is no room to backup for a picture in the shop. engine in STAX...i love my stacks I need to fab up a better looking manifold for carbs-to-engine. Right now its sink piping couple to the carbs...lol

I have everything in...its just a wiring game now. At some point I'm gonna get some pipes made but for now these cut up stock pipes will work. I'm just itching to make some noise.

No records came with the car when i bought it. The info i was able to attain was what the bmw dealer has on it. They are able to see everything that was covered under warranty and what dealer preformed it. With that, they were able to see that it was bought new in San Fransico...had its first inspection(valve adjustment) at a Dallas dealer i believe...and then was serviced at another dealer in Illinois in 2004 at 50xxxish. That was all the info i could get from it...sorry its not that detailed, i didnt get it printed out, but i plan to visit the dealer again to get a hard copy soon. I did take it in for a recall that was still open on it, but it was to reflash the computer...so im guessing the bearing recall was preformed...i will verify however.

this is got me thinking that i watch way too much tv Top network shows 1.Top gear (bbc) 2.S.O.A. 3.Rescue me All Hbo shows and showtime shows i easily get hooked to like crack minus tru blood...lol

Ive had gas in the tank the last couple of days...no leaks so far...i think id be comfortable painting it now. However, i want to get it running first. Waiting for the regulator/rectifier to come in, and some velocity stax...maybe next week

ive got a tank full of gas right now...unfortunatly its not to get the bike running. Im testing the tank for leaks before i put any paint on it. im also going to try to have my buddy come over next weekend and help me wrap it up. All i need is wiring and to get the throttle cable set right and im rollen.

i have an older model also...i was paronoid last year when i lived at my apartment, because i had no garage or other way to pull it inside. since it was outside in an open lot over nights, i had a bulldog cable lock and this...i slept alright after having both locked.

Worked on it a bit last night...having issues with the throttle cable.
