it is an extremely complex issue......varies case by case.....a raging hormonal child may behave as if he/she is on LSD say for five minutes.....in that window if he can access a weapon......somebody is gone.....often teenage suicides fall in these windows.....a normal non-violent child can be a victim of this, just like this kid here. The most dangerous type of pre and /or teenage crime is the cold blooded ones which takes a while to think and execute a homicide or crime....I heard (not sure of the details) a kid in Scotland beat a four year old to near death, hide him in a closet, then carried him to a far away railtrack in a sac and then put him on a railtrack and watch him run over by a train...that kid is locked up for the rest of his life.....probably not a normal kid.....issues are different here

We are still not settled enough to have a dog......but I grew up with them and I know how much I miss them. We seat our neighbors all the time. If anybody wants to go for vacation or such, we will be happy to seat your dog for free. No obligations, I am serious we will have a lot if fun with them as well...that's the reward. But please no nasty pitbulls who will chase after by balls

That's the third of a month for two years,,,,,yeah...I guess that's insane...and I guess that 22 hours is also way challenging than, no offense what most of us experience.....kudos to ya....
