I was there last year with the whole family we had fun....I always find the way to have safe fun.....we stayed in the Days Inn on 250. Some sport riders came down from Michigan, Minnesota...no problem makers at the hotel. The Perkins police was very strict atleast no BS around 250. We are usually pretty accommodating and don't complain about most things but that may be different personally. This in a nutshell: 1. It's a 75% harley, 25% sport show. 2. Lotta bike for sure, some good bands... 3. Around Sundusky I didn't see any BS riding due to cops in every block. 4. In the fairground....yes lot of people, drunk, lotta different attitude and fair like environment but nothing bothered me. 5. Year before last there were some deaths and I assume thats why the cops stepped up last year exactly like AMA superbike event in Mansfield. I am planning to go this year as well. But thats me...consider the other opinions.....what I am OK with may not be what you are comfortable with.

I am keeping my fingers crossed as I missed the Xmas party due to family illness. I hope I will be there this time and if I can make it I will bring a large tray of a unique pasta/beef casserole type dish...which can easily feed 50+. Anybody want Chili......even something different lamb or turkey ? Cooking is my hobby/passion whatever so I will be happy to cook....any other suggestion.....? Please feel free to ask...

Holy maf***ing cow !!!!! I am late in catching up this thread..... I missed all the drama......great that Madmax didn't show up......otherwise he'd definitely show up with his gun next time....... We did a bunch of supercool, superpeaceful group ride last year......just talk before the ride and have a plan for a faster group and slower group and catch up at certain meeting points....there is nothing wrong in it....just talk it upfront to avoid dissapointment and flaming all......don't get me wrong I am not pointing at anybody... Now it's all PEACE dude.....have fun....shed the diffrences...hugs:cheers:
