Anyone who believes they did it on purpose is stupid. bout 20 years ago, they painted the exterior of the apartment on a windy day. Well paint blew all over every car in the lot. The paint company took care of it. a detail company came out and removed the paint and waxed the cars.

Take a chill pill, I Park in a parking garage, the bike gets dusty in there. If you actually ride your bike it WILL get dirty. A suggestion would be to cover your bike until the construction is over or just drive your cage.

Picknick in goodale park???? no. Sounds gaaaaay. Funny bone? that falls into the same zone as a movie. Never been in the "friend zone". If I desired it, I got it. Now it may have taken some effort and time. I have women that are friends, no interest in sex with them. Date rule #1 be yourself, which includes doing what you like and would normally do. #2 ask your date what she would like to do, but do not comprise rule 1 #3 Go and have fun with no expectations. #4 you don't need to decide on marriage on the first date. If you are really interested in a relationship, do not under any circumstances pretend to be anything more or less than what and who you are. I believe this is one of the reasons for divorce rate. Unless this is just another notch in the bed post.

Nights trip home. They are sitting north of North Broadway just before you enter the barrels in the slow down zone. There was also one sitting on ackerman ramps clocking.
-
none today I guess they are only going to torture the commuters tomorrow should be interesting with the lane shifts
-
funny. about noon today, not a single one. Got passed by a chick in a jetta going probably 70. I just can't afford a ticket.
-
tonight, LEO were sitting just north of ackerman on the south bound side.
-
That is a true statement. They are there. 4 in the south bound lane this evening.
-
I guess you missed the two guys with the laser on 270 and sawmill on motorcycles. They clock you then they radio a head to the cruisers a mile down the road who flag you over into the line to wait for your ticket. They are very hard to see. They also sorta hide on 315 south bound just beyond the hospital curve on the inside with a laser too. If your speeding your speeding if you get caught then don't whine about it......now running with traffic is another thing, you have to run at a safe speed with the flow of traffic. I have a problem with being singles out of the flow and ticketed.

Xb over and X-1 hmmmm How about fuel injection? Better Frame, fuel in the frame? How about the ZTL/perimeter brakes? Better suspension? I have ridden the Duc and Ape. The riding position is better for me on the Buell. I can actually see the road with out putting a crick in my neck. I commute every day and Seeing far ahead is life in heavy traffic. The best part, the bike has been nearly flawless, A front brake switch failed in three years of ownership. Never been to the shop.

I think it is hysterical that Life line is sponsoring a ride. I wonder if they have a couple of people hiding in Expeditions along the route to help fill a few orders. So are they feeding the riders before or after the ride? Last meal, was the thought.

hocking hills family road trip?? ...opportunity to check out this 555
Lost replied to socaln8tv's topic in Daily Ride
Holding up the group is the least of your worries. I would never consider going with a group if that was a possibility. Ride your own Pace. If you don't you will be the one picked up by the squad. If your just taking "how to ride courses" I would spend the next summer or two riding with only one or two other people you know and trust. -
Park your bike outside every night and one morning it is gone. Duhhhhhhhh Give your bike or car to an unknown person for a test ride and it doesn't come back. Duhhhhhhhh A fool and his money and/or possessions are soon parted.

Lost replied to socaln8tv's topic in Daily Ride
Socal, There are many better roads than 555. For some reason a number of people here are fixated on it. IMHO that road is too dangerous to be rode as a group. Especially with other riders you just met or barely know. Something to keep in mind is OR rides tend to be kinda hard on new riders. A wreck or two on most outings, just something to consider. With the limited cell coverage makes going down an even worse prospect. They liken it to the Dragon. The big difference is Driveways, intersection, farming, amish and houses. I have had more than one close encounter with a chasing dog bout intercepting me at the end of a drive way. Also had a close encounter with a Dump truck with a tractor on the end of a chain acrossed the road. That would have been ugly. The dragon doesn't have much if any of these. If you have to ride it. Ride it with restrain. -
Let me get this right..... You didn't drain the tank?????? You probably would have been alright had you actually drained the tank. Bleach will eat the o rings in your fuel injection, fuel pump and your evaporation control system. Others are correct, Bleach is a huge oxidizer and will rust the crap out of any steel that ain't stainless
-
Let me get this straight...you wheeled stripped bikes to the street, and then your surprised their gone?????? I don't imagine they were actually stolen, but picked up as trash.
-
I bet the punk copywrited the images and you cannot reproduce them for free.
-
How about 5 guys Hamburger Polaris area? Very good, I think I rate it higher than thurman for taste.
-
This is not the Ohio Dragon as it is touted. There are too many driveways, too many cross roads, farm equipment, cats, and dogs. Don't get me wrong, it is a fun road, but ride it with restraint.
-
Not so great driving record. How many points currently????? Those are earned and show a fraction of your misbehavior. At least her parents are looking our for her, I know my daughter wouldn't get on a bike with you.
-
Nationwide doesn't insure bikes directly but thru a subsidiary. 5 years ago they wanted $5500 to insure the buell for a year. It was crazy. I got it thru progressive for 35 a month.
-
When you say commute....how far? Probably too much time on the choke and running cold. I know that when I go on long rides I average high 50's, commuting I get High 30's. Bike not up to temp and stuck in traffic.

under armor is a waste of money. More than twice the price of the nearest competitor. Buy marmot or something else inexpensive. Silk weight should be enough under your riding gear. I hike ride, camp and back pack all winter, so I have a bit of experience. As suggested your best bet is a solid wind layer, your rain suit could work for a short time, not the best idea because of condensation on the inside.

I graduated from there as well back in the day. The alumni will hire another devry alum over anyone else. The networking is fierce and connections are fantastic.
