  1. So you support Jim Crow laws, got it. Can't be letting those uneducated minorities have anyone to defend them.
  2. I keep forgetting that deep down at the root of it all, you are just utterly offended by anything religion and make it your crusade to wipe it all out since you don't agree with it. Your hatred causes you to push out all of these bigoted comments about people that don't think the same way you do, it's not very open minded of you. Once you learn to accept other people for who they are you will have far more happiness in your life. I'd prefer a required retirement age than term limits.
  3. It's very rare for politicians that high up to make a move without polling to back it up. Kucinich was one of the few exceptions to that.
  4. http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/senior-admin-official-we-are-winningit-doesnt-really-matter-us-when-shutdown-ends_759185.html Rand Paul and Ted Cruz aren't all that old. Certainly younger than Pelosi and Reid and Feinstein. And about the same age as Obama, as a matter of fact. For what its worth, I've heard Libertarians described as Anarchists with money. I don't see that as being a bad thing, especially in light of a government that has grown completely out of control.
  5. Obama was stalking her.... http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/10/04/20816675-woman-in-dc-chase-may-have-thought-obama-was-stalking-her-sources-say?lite
  6. Bill, that's called strategy. Why are you at all surprised by that?
  7. I believe it was a 1 year old. Still about as traumatic as it gets. This entire situation makes no sense. The woman either freaked the fuck out, or there's something not being said. The intarwebs rumor mill is saying that the woman was Obama's mistress and that was his child, and that whatever form of hush money she was getting was cut off by the shutdown. I don't believe it for a minute, but it's still kind of hilarious to think about.
  8. well you went to the rich kids school you dirty 1%'er
  9. Sadly, this is about as accurate as it gets. Every single shot that was fired came from the cops, trying to kill a terrified woman who was horribly lost.
  10. I'm sure that will be be set up to automatically upload everything to ratemypoo.com
  11. There need to be required high school classes on budgeting, how credit works, how stocks and retirement funds work, how to write freaking checks, etc. This alone would make a world of difference in our society.
  12. Bingo. All that elected officials truly care about is being reelected.
  13. http://www.free-tv-video-online.me/internet/sons_of_anarchy/season_6.html
  14. Tricorders in every home, paid for by Comrade Obama. This is on page 5,953 of the Affordable Care Act, to be implemented in year 6. You'd know this if you had read it.
  15. Everyone read this again. This is why the unemployment rate is frozen and won't go down. This is why more of the "new jobs created" are part time instead of full time. This is the face of the New United States of America. It's time to start figuring out where to jump ship to.
  16. Just buy a Colt I wouldn't touch Black Rain Ordinance just because their shit looks stupid. I'm not 12, so I don't want something that would look super awesome bro to 12 year olds.
  17. You pretty much have to be a cop or licensed private security. Once you no longer have the job that requires it, you lose it. It's still nearly impossible to even have a gun in your own home there. About the most stupid thing on earth someone on a motorcycle could do is brake check an SUV. They deserved to get plowed for that one.
  18. I may have one or two credits from my nearly four years of college that I could even apply to that major. Oh well.
  19. You know, attitude change comes from the top and trickles down. Every good manager knows that, and every bad manager has a truckload of pissed off employees. The Fed has been running in panic mode since the 2008 crash. They were hinting that they were going to pull out of it, but then said they are sticking with panic mode until further notified. This is another example of attitude trickling down. Their panic is causing business to panic. Business that panics has spending and hiring freezes. I predict more huge businesses with ancient business models are going to start crashing more and more, and they will be replaced by future Amazons and Googles. My company is one of them, been around since the turn of the century and is just now trying to update their business model, and in the meantime they are running a firesale on all of their failing departments. Hence my thread about looking into going back to school. I'm not going to sit on your lap, stop asking.
  20. This may be the way to go http://cscc.edu/academics/departments/finance/ Says I can do it all online
  21. Pretty much any time money changes hands it is suppose to be taxed. Gifts under a certain amount and charitable contributions are pretty much the only exceptions that I can think of. The death tax comes and goes.
  22. I'm thinking something involving finances. I haven't looked into whats out there though, as I'd always kind of thought I didn't want to go back, until when I recently started looking at what kind of jobs are out there. My 8+ years doing repair work doesn't qualify me to do much.
