This isn't new information...

An offer is just that, an offer. A bid. There are certain situations that would constitute fraud, like if the person listing it for the bank were to sell it to their buddy for pennies on the dollar, but realistically they can sell to whatever buyer they wish. The only way you would have a case is if you were already in contract with them and they broke the contract to sell to someone else, otherwise it's no different from bidding on ebay only to get sniped at the last second.

What he said. If you are dead set on used iPhones then you may as well just stick with AT&T (GoPhone). Otherwise, get cheaper Android phones on a cheaper T Mobile plan. If you want to go even cheaper you can get Nokia Lumia 521 Windows 8 phone brand new from Amazon for about $120 shipped, comes with a sim card. This is the phone I'm using right now, it's not bad for the price but if I stick with T Mobile I'll be going back to Android (or Firefox phones if they ever get good hardware). If you get a used phone keep in mind you will have to buy a $10 sim card kit for each phone.

The first iPhone that T Mobile offered is the iPhone 5. You can use an older AT&T iPhone ONLY if AT&T was kind enough to unlock it for you, which you must request them to do. As said before, Boost and Virgin are both prepaid carriers that lease Sprint coverage, and use their towers. I've been with Sprint around 12 years and I'm so fed up with dropping calls and data speeds that are as bad or worse than they were 5 years ago that I picked up a T-Mobile phone to try out. So far I'm 100% happy with it but I still need to take it further out of town and see how it does. They do have a hidden $30 plan that offers 100 minutes a month and either 2 gigs or unlimited data, I forget which. $70 a month gets you unlimited everything. So long as you buy the phone outright, you don't have a contract. AT&T GoPhone is a prepaid deal with nearly identical plans as T-Mobile, but don't offer unlimited data. For $70 a month you get 3 gigs.

I have an ATV I've been considering selling, it would be for $1500. I don't have a plow though.

Exciting (looking) cars bring in the kids with no money, reality sells them those cheap throwaway cars.

Bump. Make me an offer I can't refuse.

So long as you don't care if the barrel stays accurate very long, or care about extra malfunctions. I surely wouldn't use it in an expensive barrel. Once I burn through what little I have left I will never use Tula again.

Being in a town like Cambridge (I'm from Marietta BTW, not all that different) I'd stock pile Cobalts, Focuses and Corollas. But hide them in the back.

Don't forget that all of those Glock-47 clips are one use only, then you have to throw them away. -
I have a 9mm Shield. The trigger is a bit crunchy, but from what I'm told its better than most M&P triggers. Otherwise, recoil isn't bad at all, its comfortable to shoot, and it conceals super easy. Other than the trigger, my only complaint is that there is a textured section of the trigger guard where your middle finger rests against it, that will rub your finger after firing or dry firing for a while.

I'd build it myself for less 16" carbine length upper with crappy $40 drop in "rail" unknown BCG no rear sight, no optics worthless riser that serves no purpose $10 Ebay Special sling Unknown foregrip. Those are cheap anyway. Unknown light. Maybe $50-$75 with the mount. Maybe $20. Who knows. $20 worth of mags $30 no name stock Unknown lower parts kit, probably as basic as it gets. Or prebuilt by YHM, who knows. Trigger is probably crunchy. If it's a prebuilt lower with a YHM parts kit I'd almost stretch to $750, if they toss in some ammo. If not, $650 and not a penny higher. There's too many amazing deals starting to hit that AR's aren't going to be worth diddly fuck for the next 6+ months, unless there's another catastrophe. If the seller can't give you brand names on everything, run away. $1,100 will get you a Magpul'd out factory Colt right now. For $1,500 RUN THE FUCK AWAY FROM THIS. Also, Craigslist forbids the sale of guns on their website. I'd be VERY careful about anything found on there. Armslist is a top notch website for buying and selling guns. -
You should probably tell that guy that you did lose it and therefore you sold off all your guns. That way he can't gossip about what you actually do have.
-
Sounds like you need to find a better hiding place And an even cheaper replacement gun. Time for a Hipoint!

Now on Craigslist http://columbus.craigslist.org/cto/3990062172.html

This is no longer true. For a couple years now bare lowers are transferred as "other" and therefore can be built as either. Supposedly you can also now go back and forth but I don't feel like digging around arfcom to find the letter on that, so don't take it as gospel.
-
Without seeing a letter from the ATF it's all speculation. Better to be safe then sorry as violating the NFA is 10 years in pound me in the ass prison. I wouldn't rely on any word of mouth on this one, looks like serious gray area to me.

Please keep this on topic. I really don't want to have to start deleting posts. Exactly my point. I personally own a P3AT, and I'm not sure I'd recommend it to others. My girlfriend has shot it, and won't shoot it again. It's only good for if you absolutely can't conceal something better. Since I got my Shield it's not left the dresser.

Try a holster that has leather that's cut up higher, night and day difference. Also, they MSRP on those Kahr's are pretty damn high. Any idea what they realistically sell for?
