My thoughts on Apple, as a non-trader. The last phone they came out with (iphone 5) was a huge step up from the previous phone, but it was so "too little too late" that it didn't hit their targets. The next device they come out with will probably be the 5s, which will be a slightly refreshed version of the same thing. I wouldn't expect big sales numbers. At this point the tablet market has so much saturation that anything new they put out there will no longer be much of a splash. The mp3 player market has been replaced by cell phones, and therefore is just in autopilot now, never to return to its former glory. This means that short of them magically creating an entirely new niche product (without Steve Jobs coming up with it) they will continue to lose market share to the other companies that would rather create a new phone every time there's a new new feature to add to a phone rather than just stick with Apple's one phone a year plan. The iPhone 5 has comparable specs to the now 3 year old HTC Evo 4G. When they come out with a fully redesigned phone in late 2014, how far behind will they be then? My guess is they have peaked and will either maintain or slowly sink. I think "When in doubt - pull out" could just as easily apply to the trading world as it does other aspects of life.

SM465 for the fucking lose. You will quickly realize just how much you LOVE having synchros, when you no longer have them. Clay, forget that old heap. Look for a last gen Bronco, like 91-95 I think. New enough to have EFI and all that nice stuff. A manual trans is probably impossible to find but at least it will have less rust. It's way harder to replace body panels on any SUV than a pickup. If I had money burning a hole in my pocket I'd be hard pressed to decide between a late Bronco and a Wrangler.

Awesome. I was hooked on BSG and sad when I got to the end. I'm watching Dollhouse on Netflix now. Sounds gay but its another Joss Wheadon show. The premise is that a company has found a way to wipe people's memory at will, then give them whatever memories and thoughts they want in order to perform tasks for high paying customers. It stars Eliza Dushku running around half naked so yeah, its worth watching.

Gun show attendance has EXPLODED, yet only three idiots managed to not realize their guns are loaded. Not bad statistics there. Last weekend there were rally's all across the country to promote second amendment rights, with many of the participants armed. There were zero acts of violence, nobody got hurt, no messes were left, and it goes unreported. It was the polar opposite of an Occupy rally where people get raped, assaulted, property gets vandalized, cop cars get shit on and they leave a mess when they leave. And by leave I mean forced out after months of squatting on private property.

Damn, that's the only gas station I go to in town since it's the only 24 hour one. Guess the only way they will get my business from now on is if I'm open carrying. And since that's about a quarter mile from home its a good reason to take the gf shooting the AR again so she's familiar with it in case she needs to use it.
