It was designed for Americans, built in America, and only sold in America. That makes it more American than the silverados or f150s made in Canada or Mexico

Maybe because we live in an area with a better economy than most of the country? I know it's not very up to date but Wikipedia shows that in 2003, if you had a household income of $100,000 or more, you were in the top 10% of the country. Top 10% isn't "rich" to you? Bump that up to $150,000 and you are now top 3% of the country. Here's some more reading material: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_middle_class

I worded it wrong. That's the list of highest income counties. Retirement money isn't income.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_highest-income_counties_in_the_United_States 1 Loudoun County Virginia - Obama 52%, Romney 47% 2 Fairfax County Virginia - Obama 59%, Romney 39% 3 Arlington County Virginia - Obama 69%, Romney 29% 4 Hunterdon County New Jersey - Obama 40%, Romney 59% 5 Howard County Maryland - Obama 60%, Romney 38% 6 Somerset County New Jersey - Obama 52%, Romney 47% 7 Prince William County Virginia - Obama 57%, Romney 42% 8 Fauquier County Virginia - Obama 39%, Romney 59% 9 Douglas County Colorado - Obama 36%, Romney 63% 10 Montgomery County Maryland - Obama 71%, Romney 27% 11 Charles County Maryland - Obama 65%, Romney 34% 12 Nassau County New York - Obama 53%, Romney 46% 13 Stafford County Virginia - Obama 45%, Romney 54% 14 Morris County New Jersey - Obama 44%, Romney 55% 15 Putnam County New York - Obama 44%, Romney 55% 16 Calvert County Maryland - Obama 45%, Romney 53% 17 Williamson County Tennessee - Obama 26%, Romney 73% 18 Delaware County Ohio - Obama 38%, Romney 61% 19 Santa Clara County California - Obama 70%, Romney 28% 20 York County Virginia - Obama 39% Romney 60% Of the top 20 richest counties in the country, each took exactly half. My surprise observations from this list: California only has one county in the top 20 Tennessee is on the list 10 of the counties are in the general vicinity of Washington DC. Looks like government is big business. 7 of these went to Obama. Wikipedia doesn't have a precise definition of a landslide victory, but looks like it's roughly a difference on 20 percentage points. Going off that, 10 counties were landslides, 5 for Obama and 5 for Romney. Sounds like the smart rich people are pretty well evenly split. Some cases they seem to agree with the others in the geographical area, some cases they go opposite, and this goes for both sides.

If you want to build it yourself and don't mind using used or crap parts then you could probably get close to $500 but why waste your time when you can get a psa for $600 and it isn't sketchy?
-
I've never seen a $300 AR. $600 is generally bottom of the barrel. Gotta pay to play
-
So you want to grab up guns but don't want anyone else to? Is that what you are saying? Just wait a couple months when people realize they have to pay their credit card bills and put their shit up for sale for less.

Republicans held the house. I don't see much of anything getting passed for at least two years. Although, I don't yet know how much of it they held.

Food stamps are soooooo last administration, we've got EBT now! Just swipe your problems away! The country would be way different if people had to stand in bread lines like back in the great depression

Where are you flying into? How is your credit? Think you could apply for a couple credit cards quick? edit - there really aren't any good deals for getting shit discounted that I can find. Sounds like your best bet is to fly through Ft Myers (RSW) and Airtran is always cheap for that route. It's usually about $250 round trip per person. 24 hours before the flight you can check in online to choose your seats. After you do that, I'd call in and see if they have any discounts on any unsold business class/first class seats on your flight. Sometimes you can score it for only another $50 each, but its a short enough flight that it's not really a big deal. For rental cars, search online for discount codes and see what's the cheapest. Not much you can do to save money here unless you want to gamble and just check the prices daily, and when you find a price you like reserve it. USUALLY prices get cheaper as the date gets closer. Call your insurance company ahead of time to make sure you have coverage on a rental car, if so you can turn down the rental company when they try to sell it to you. Also skip their refuelling deal, they will offer you a lower price per gallon than at the pump but they will charge you to fill the entire tank. So unless you plan on running it dry before you return it, don't go for it. As for the hotel, find the manager's email. A week before the trip, email them asking to confirm your reservations and mention that it is your honeymoon and you just can't wait to get there. A day before, email again and ask if they have any available upgrades, once again mentioning its your honeymoon and you can't wait to get there. Either take what they offer, or gamble again when you get to the desk to check in. It never hurts to ask for an upgrade, and be happy no matter what they say. It goes a long way for the overall experience. They don't owe you anything but if they have empty rooms then sometimes they don't mind hooking you up.

Where in my examples did I say people don't want to work? Yes, there are people out there like that, but they won't work regardless of what shape the economy was in. I personally was in better shape in 2008, I have the same job but since then I've had years where my company has given out no raises, gas prices are up, FOOD prices are way up (something no one ever mentions, and has been totally manipulated by the government for decades), my payroll deductions have gone up because my insurance costs more, and to boot my deductibles and copays have more than doubled. Without changing jobs, my paycheck has gotten SMALLER even though we've had massive inflation. So yeah, I was better off in 2008, before Obamacare took over. Obama promised there would be no taxes on the middle class. The only way Obamacare survived the Supreme Court was by being declared a tax. The Obama administration made no attempt to argue that declaration, which is as good as admitted they lied about no new taxes. I know your wife has had a lot of issues lately, and I'm not trying to take away from that or what you have gone through, but through all of this can you honestly say that any part of Obamacare truly helped your situation in any way? Is there anything that it made more difficult?

And for that matter why would someone that's house was blown away in the cyclone and stranded on an island with no way in or out, no food heat or power care that some of the out of state crews that came to help out weren't unionized? Those people probably wouldn't have told them to GTFO like the city of New York did.

women have had equal rights since the 1800's abortion shouldn't be decided by the feds the environment is being well taken care of, and getting better. clean energy is a long term goal that's trying to be used to fix a short term problem, which is ruining its chances at a long term solution and ruining our short term energy needs but more importantly, we have millions of people not working. This is ruining the fabric of our country. Until we get people back to work there will continue to be despair, frustration, and class warfare. Everyone is happy when there is opportunity - even if someone is working a shit job but they think they have a chance to move up, they are happy. They are energetic. They are healthy. They have the chance to care about social issues. Why would a homeless person give two fucks about abortion? Why would the person who owns a home in a neighborhood that's lost half of its value from foreclosures and now has drug dealing thieves and looters for (renting) neighbors care that the $40,000 Chevy Volt doesn't use any gas and is good for the environment when they are stuck driving a $500 car just to try and survive until they are able to get their credit card debt and mortgage paid down to the point where they can stay afloat? Why would someone who finished their bachelors degree in finance just in time for the banks to collapse, and is now working at Starbucks for 8 bucks an hour but still owe $50,000 in student loans give a shit that women earn 5% less than men, not taking into account education or experience? Please explain these things to me because I honestly don't understand. At least if I'm allowed to keep my guns I can have some protection against the desperate criminals out there. There would be far less of them if they had job opportunities.

Palmetto State Armory has lower parts kits on sale today. Note that these do NOT include the fire control group. Standard LPK - $24.99 MOE LPK in whatever color - $34.99 Now I'll wait to see if any ALG Combat Triggers go on sale. Ground shipping to my house was $7 for one MOE kit. Usually takes them a couple days to get orders out the door, last one I had through them took over a week.
