  1. I use WinX DVD ripper from Digiarty I think. Gotta pay for it but WELL worth the money
  2. Shouldn't the NRA be stepping in to help with this kind of shit? Isn't this why they charge dues? Or is that just so they can lobby DC?
  3. I got my bluebird card, haven't had the chance to try and buy Vanilla reloads yet. Has anyone had any success with them yet?
  4. "What's your name?" "Turn off that phone. As a matter of fact I'm confiscating it!" Someone is touchy. Sounds like they know they aren't in the right. Asking for proof of ownership of the gun (not required in Ohio, nor is there really any way to do that anyway), making sure the guy is who he says he is. Yeah, this deserves a lawsuit. Not even close. It's very touchy here even though its legal, and knife laws are even more sketchy.
  5. Historically, when there is bad weather on election day the results skew republican. That, mixed with the fact that the early mail in votes are skewing democrat tell me that democrats are lazy
  6. within the last day or so? that's weird, my gf and her friend's all checked their accounts and didn't see any strange charges
  7. Not exactly a buyout, but you missed one http://washingtonexaminer.com/jeep-an-obama-favorite-looks-to-shift-production-to-china/article/2511703#.UIoCPGf4Ke6 Jeep (and probably all of Chrysler) is considering moving all of their production to China. Thanks for the bailout! :gabe:
  8. what you would have done is tied off one vehicle to another until you got to something solid, and winched from the vehicle closest to whatever is stuck. Where's the fun in abandoning your truck for 3 days? Also, chains aren't so good for pulling out stuck vehicles. They tend to just remove bumpers. A snap strap will stretch for a bit, and when it hits the point where it can't stretch any more it will snap back, giving you a small boost for pulling the vehicle out. Works better and is less destructive. Chains are only good for anchoring to something.
  9. and to think, a winch would have solved the problem

  11. ok, so turns out all three of them work at the same place, which just got bought out and is in the process of transferring everything to a new payroll system so they think that was the problem. Nevermind I guess.
  12. entered, I saw this on facebook but thanks for the reminder
  13. Anyone here work in the fraud department, or otherwise know why Chase is cancelling debit cards today? My girlfriend and two of her friends with Chase had their debit cards cancelled today and were told they would get a new card with a new number in 10 days due to suspected fraud. One of them called the fraud department and they refused to say why. Any idea what's going on? Has anyone else had their Chase debit card cancelled today? Could this have anything to do with the Barnes and Noble card skimming that was in the news this week, or is it something else?
  14. all the mallninja's rave about this: https://apextactical.com/store/product-info.php?pid35.html
  15. Points are points. I have nothing with chase yet. I'm going to see if Kroger or Marc's grocery will let me get vanilla cards on a cc so I can get 6x Hilton points
  16. You should hook up an automatic control for the sprinklers to your doorbell, then tell your friends to call or knock when they show up instead of hit the bell. Every time the doorbell is rang they run for 10 minutes.
  17. American Express just came out with a new debit card type of thing called Bluebird. You can use it like a normal spending card for every day use, and it also has a bill pay option. You can pay your mortgage, student loans, credit cards, whatever with it. You get a starter pack from Walmart then get on their website and request a permanent card. It's $5 for the starter pack plus whatever you want for the initial funding. The details for funding it are in the link below, but most of the options require a debit card or cash. The trick is you can fund it with Vanilla reloads. Generally you can buy these with credit cards at Office Depot but the closest one is in Marion. Does anyone know anywhere in the Columbus area that allows you to buy Vanilla with credit card? If so, this is the way to pay for EVERYTHING with a points generating card. http://millionmilesecrets.com/2012/10/22/american-express-bluebird/
  18. He's gone for a day. I claim responsibility.
