Ouch. Usually thats just an excuse to pull you over type thing, happened to me once when I was 17 in a small WV town with OH plates. They had about 4 cruisers behind me to pull me over and give me a warning for having white shining through my taillights. The kicker was I wasn't even the one driving my own truck, it was a friend that lived in that town since I'd had my license revoked for 3 months. Since he was also 17 the cop removed his pack of cigarettes from his front jacket pocket. And that was it. Turned out, my one taillight was missing a divider between the running/brake light and the reverse light.

The GF has a pair of nephews that are old enough but don't live in a good area for those kinds of shenanigans, they would get themselves into serious trouble with something like that.

The gf's car started making a fast, constant clicking noise from around the glove box whenever the car is running. The ONLY way it stops is flipping it over to recirculate, otherwise it is always making the noise. I'm assuming its the fresh air door actuator, but can someone confirm? Or for that matter, explain how to replace it? I've had the dash apart a few times lately swapping gauge clusters since those break all the time too, dunno if that could have caused it.

Unless you or someone you know has a couple hundred acres someplace to ride on, you will want to ride on the very well kept state trails. In order to ride on state trails you have to have it registered, and to register you have to have a title. That, and to make sure its not stolen since these get stolen quite a bit. Of course, if you don't care about all that then spend just as much on a quad with no title that you can't use on some of the best trails in the state.

The WK Grand Cherokee (05-10) is incredibly nice. I have an 06 Limited with the 5.7 and I absolutely love it. Bought it April of last year with 28k on it, about 72k on it now and all I've done is throw on a starter. Its very smooth, even with the somewhat aggressive Nitto Terra Grappler tires I put on it. Great power, seats are very comfortable. I've made several 12 hour trips in it and never felt sore. In the snow it goes exactly where I point the steering wheel effortlessly and the ABS actually manages to stop it (I'm an ABS hater but like this system). My only thing with it is next time around I plan on going a little bigger, so I'll probably in a couple years replace it with a Commander.
